The signals are disseminated daily at 3:15 PM eastern time (45 minutes before the markets close to allow time for implementing the trades) and may be either Long, Short, or money market (1, -1, or 0, respectively). Signals may be used to trade futures contracts, mutual funds, or Exchange Traded Funds (ETF). If futures or ETFs, the trader has the option to trade at the time the signal is received or delay execution to the market close.
